How to Read Company Accounts
The course will take place in FTI Forensic Accounting FD meeting rooms, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, London, WC2A 1PB. As you enter the building, ask at main reception on your left for FD’s reception and they will direct you.

Saturday 14 November
9.30 – 10.00 – Registration and coffee
10.00 – 12.30 – The theory of how to read a set of accounts. Including discussions on the profit and loss account, the balance sheet, the cash flow statement and the notes to the accounts.
12.30 – 13.00– Q&A
13.00 – 14.00 – Lunch
14.00 – 16.30 – Case study one
Sunday 15 November
9.30 – 10.00 – Coffee
10 – 13.00 – Case study two
13.00 – 14.00 – Lunch
14.00 – 16.30 – Case study three
There will be coffee breaks morning and afternoon on both days.
The sessions are designed to be interactive with the case studies will be based on real companies. Pre-reading will be required.
