Every year the cij runs an investigative journalism summer school.

This is an event where investigative journalists and anyone interested in advancing their investigative skills can learn the tricks of the trade from the leading practitioners and trainers in the field.

The cij summer school is for anyone who needs to upgrade their investigative skills in finance, business, politics, protecting sources and using the Freedom of Information Act. The school will also bring together the world’s leading trainers for one of the most valuable cutting edge investigative research techniques: Computer Assisted Reporting (CAR).
