CIJ Job: Operations Manager

    We are hiring! 

    The CIJ are looking for an Operations Manager to join our small, friendly team and provide oversight for the office's finance and administration requirements. The ideal candidate will be sociable and an excellent communicator with a demonstrable track record of managing the financial administration cycle for a charity or NGO and refining organisational processes for efficiency. 
     
    The work requires exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail as well as the ability to effectively manage the competing demands of a diverse workload and a flexible approach to problem-solving.

    The CIJ is a think-tank and experimental laboratory set up to train a new generation of reporters in the craft of investigative, in-depth journalism. Housed in the creative inter-disciplinary environment of Goldsmiths, University of London, but with broad international reach, we draw upon our network to champion investigative journalism and defend investigative journalists and those who work with them.

    Salary: £37,000-£39,000 per annum, depending on experience
